Howdy!

I'm Beth McDaniel, founder of illuminatED Professional Learning & Consulting. My career in education started the day I was born. My mom was a kindergarten teacher for 30 years which means many of my days were spent in her classroom. I come from a long line of educators, my paternal grandfather retired as a superintendent, my maternal grandmother as a teacher, and my mom, although retired from public education, still works part-time in daycare. Education is certainly in my blood. I've been a classroom teacher, instructional coach, Education Service Center specialist, and I'm currently working in curriculum and instruction. I have a passion for helping districts, campuses, and teachers realize their full potential.
